Use the Privacy Policy, Cookie and Local Storage Notice, Data Processing Addendum, and Subprocessor Register to understand how HisaBooks handles service data, Customer-controlled workspace data, providers, storage, mobile/desktop app behavior, and international processing.

Use the Data and Account Requests page or Account and Data Deletion page for access, correction, export, individual user deletion, and company workspace closure requests.

3. Billing, trials, and cancellation

Paid web subscriptions and trials are governed by the checkout summary, the Terms of Service, and the Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy. Mobile apps do not sell subscriptions or in-app purchases.

4. Security and reporting

The Security Overview explains current platform controls and customer responsibilities. Vulnerabilities should be reported under the Responsible Disclosure Policy; automated status and incident communication expectations are described on the Service Status page.
